About us
We bought the villa when our 3 children were young and wanted somewhere that would be safe, close to the beach - and fun. Which is what it's been for the past 18 years, with many families enjoying the villa and surrounding area with us. We have tried to drink the Cote d'Azur dry; swam, sunbathed, played tennis, golf, skied, paddle-boarded, waterskied, cycled, seen the sights, eaten our body weight in Moules Mariniére and had a bucketload of fun.
About the villa
The villa sleeps 14 and has a fabulous large pool and expanse of lawn which is great for children. We are walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It can sleep three families without everyone getting on top of each other: lots of space; shop next door selling bread and croissants; seaview from our terrace; huge pool; lawn for playing cricket and football - and all located a time-saving 12 miles from Nice Airport.

Enjoy more of the Cote d'Azur
The villa is situated in the heart of the glittering Côte d'Azur and is the perfect base from which to explore the restaurants, shops and nightlife of the nearby towns of Antibes and Juan les Pins, both 2 miles from the villa. Venture further afield to Cannes, St Tropez and Monte Carlo to get more of a taste of the riviera. Closer to home, the seven bedroom property is an easy walk to Garoupe Beach, with excellent restaurants and water-sports. Next door are local shops selling fresh milk, croissants and even British newspapers!
Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, there is Wifi, Sky TV, outdoor BBQ/Bar area, with funky LED lighting, and even a table tennis table.
The swimming pool however is the main attraction as it is one of the largest heated swimming pools on the Cap. The pool is alarmed and heating is on request at an additional cost.) The garden offers privacy and consists of a large, flat lawn which is surrounded by pines and eucalyptus trees. The upstairs terrace is ideal for breakfast and evening cocktails, as it offers sweeping views of the Cap over the sea and towards the town of Nice.
